The first day at a new workplace is never dull.
1. Entering the office without knowing what might come your way.
2. Like having an ominous start to your new career when the name on the staff pass turns out wrongly.
3. Or figuring what's the preferred language of communication in the office, which is Mandarin.
4. But nothing beats the suspense of knowing whether will there be any eye candies in the office, and thank god for chio poly graduates!
5. The joy of spotting an empty table during lunch hour, only to see packets of tissue paper smacked right in the middle of the seats. The feeling is akin to falling for a hunk only to realize that he's a homosexual or to put it more crudely, having a wild night with a hot babe only to realize that he/she is a tranny. Sigh.
6. And alas, seeing nary anyone leaving at the official knockoff timing spells the death knell for work life balance.
