Monday is Smiley day

As part of my company's initiative to promote a friendly culture, the CEO ordered smiley balloons for the entire workforce, hoping the smile on the balloons can rub off to the staff force. Whether the initiative is successful is still up in the air, but it certainly make the workplace a livelier place to be.
