Fatty's Ho Gai Xiao*

The food blog that i wanted to start did not materialize. Instead, a series of food related posts, titled Fatty's Ho Gai Xiao, will make an appearance on this blog.

Unlike most food reviews, Fatty's Ho Gai Xiao will not feature any ratings ala Makansutra's chopsticks or Sunday Life's non-descript stars. tyw understands that food appreciation is subjective, just like how i enjoy eating kway chup** and Ooof absofuckingly detest it.

What Fatty's Ho Gai Xiao will do is to highlight the existence of good chow that you may not be aware of. Once again, readers are welcome to contribute by sharing the best hidden food secrets tuck in the ulu* corner of Singapore.
