Wubai peanut butter the cookies

Wubai's latest album, 纯真年代. Thanks to the lovely Mabel for buying it from Taiwan, and whatever airline she took for safely bringing back Mabel, her sister and of course the album back to Singapore.

One little step closer being the 饼干大亨 (Biscuit Magnate) that I so desire. Those lovely stuffs inside the "Turbo Wind & Rotisserie 2 in 1" oven are cookies, made with heap loads of peanut butter, oats, almonds and walnuts.

The end products are definitely better than those from the first two failed attempts, though my brother still laments that the biscuits are too soft for his liking. That's something for me to work towards the next time round, baking crunchy, tasty cookies that even the eskimos would fancy.
