No updates for more than a week. Sorry readers, you are better of reading the obituaries. At least the obituaries get updated on a daily basis. Still on the topic of obituaries, I'm wonder why some people flip to the obituaries the moment they start reading the papers. Weird..
This is going to be a quickie as of late, the brain isn't generating enough gray matter to type a substantial and mentally stimulating entry. Then again, this blog doesn't require a lot of gray matter to comprehend and is better associated with stimulating entries of the other kind. Before I sign off, here's a few pictures of the lovely residence when I visited Hong Kong. Till the next time I blog, be nice and fart less. The old school lift. Wonder if the weird moaning noises that I often hear at nights got to do with the name of this mansion.

I'm back! After countless helping of dim sums, paulor baos (Po Luo Buns) , nai char (Milk teas) , char siew, xiu aor (Roast geese), gong zai min (Instant noodles), zhar ju cheong (Deep fried pig intestines), mong gor peng (mango desserts) later, it's a miracle that I didn't gain any weight at all.
Here's the first part of the blog entries on the food I had in Hong Kong. And oh, do wipe your saliva after reading. Yung Kee- Voted one of the top 10 eateries in Asia The rows of fat, lip smacking good of roast geese. The meat platter. Clockwise from bottom left:- Char Siew, Roast Chicken, Roast Goose, Pork Belly and Sea Urchin. The Char Siew was fat, juicy and delicious and the Roast Goose was..simply out of this world. Tai Cheong Confectionary, the place to go to for your Dan Tat fix. Hong Kong's last Governor is a ardent fan of the egg tarts here. FYI, I'm still drooling as I'm typing this. Caught in the act. Slurp. Bouncy bouncy beef balls. Yum Yum. Random Video of the Day 爆浆濑尿牛肉丸!!!

Living in a country where trees are often felled to make way for developments, it was refreshing to be in the company of so many beautiful trees, many which are more than a hundred years old. Below are pictures of some of the truly amazing trees that I came across during my tour in Beijing. Random video of the day
